A 1625 -- American Pilgrims' Ship Hijacked,
All The Christians Made Slaves For Muslims . . .
Pilgrim Ship Hijacked & All Christians Aboard Enslaved By Muslim Terrorists -- Carried Away To Be Slaves Of North African Muslims. In 1625! It sounds like a modern-day Muslim-terrorism headline, but in this case, it happened in the year 1625 to a shipload of Christian Pilgrims who were returning from America to England-- or at least trying to do so! Instead, these Christian Pilgrims ended up as slaves of Muslims in the Muslim nations of North Africa. This factual account was found related in an excellent historical book produced by a Christian writer, William J. Federer; the title of his 2008 textbook is What Every American Needs To Know About The Qur'an: A History Of Islam & the United States.
Pilgrim Ship Hijacked, Christian Pilgrims Made Slaves Of Muslim Terrorists...
The Pilgrims, who landed in Massachusetts in
1620, had borrowed money from English adventurers
(investors) to finance their voyage and buy supplies. It took
forty years worth of beaver skins and dried fish to settle
the debt, due to exorbitant interest rates and losses at sea.
One such loss happened in the year 1625. Governor
William Bradford wrote of the incident in his History of
the Plymouth Settlement 1608-1650 (rendered in Modern
English by Harold Paget, 1909, chapter 6, pages 165-167):
The adventurers...sent over two fishing
ships...One was the pinnace...the other was a
large ship, well fitted, with an experienced
captain and crew of fishermen...
The pinnace was ordered to load with
corfish...to bring home to England...and besides
she had some 800 lbs. of beaver, as well as other
furs, to a good value from the plantation.
The captain seeing so much lading wished
to put aboard the bigger ship for greater safety,
but Mr. Edward Winslow, their agent in the
business, was bound in a bond to send it to
London in the small ship...
The captain of the big ship...towed the
small ship at his stern all the way over.
So they went joyfully home together and
had such fine weather that he never cast her
off till they were well within the England
channel, almost in sight of Plymouth.
But even there she was unhapply taken by
a Turkish man-of-war and carried off to Saller
[Morocco], where the captain and crew were
made slaves and many of the beaver skins
were sold for 4d. a piece. Thus all their hopes
were dashed and the joyful news they meant
to carry home was turned to heavy tidings...
In the big ship Captain Myles
Standish...arrived at a very bad time, for the
country was full of trouble and a plague very
deadly in London...
Several of the friendly adventurers were so
reduced by their losses last year, and now by the
ship taken by the Turks...that all trade was dead.

… Darwin in
his Autobiography rejects the idea of objective moral standards, stating that
one "can have for his rule of life, as far as I can see, only to follow
those impulses and instincts which are the strongest or which seem to him to be
the best ones." Friedrich Hellward… promoted a Darwinian view of social
evolution in his major work The History of Culture. Hellward is of the opinion
that the struggle for existence is above all moral considerations. "The
right of the stronger," Weikart writes, "is a natural law."
You can take
out the name Friedrich Hellward and put in instead Adolf Hitler and it would be
correct. That was his theme in explaining his aggressive plans and actions.
That was the theme we were told in school and in the Hitler Youth constantly,
as I reported earlier in this book. Darwin's theory helped the Nazis to destroy
morality and lead the nation into self-destruction. The same thing is happening
here now. The youth under totalitarian Nazi rule and the American youth in our
"free" country are being fed the same poison of relativism only with
different labels, by people with the same or similar purpose. That is not what
our Founding Fathers fought, sacrificed and died for. It must be changed.

The World As We Know It Will Come To An End...

Rev. Dr. Billy Graham continued to support this view of the Holy Scripture that is John's Revelation in later years, as he continued writing other books like his Til Armageddon (1981), and Approaching Hoofbeats: The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (1983), and Storm Warning (1992).
In his 1992 book Storm Warning, we find that Dr. Billy Graham has written what seems to have become an accurate prediction of our new worldwide financial distress, even though it only happened in 2008, and not before 2000, as Dr. Graham had expected. In Storm Warning he has written the following words. . .
A Financial Judgment Day Is Coming...
... But there is no end in sight for the government's debt. Today the United States has a direct debt of $3 trillion and contingent liabilities of $6.5 trillion. America's foreign debt alone is in excess of $650 billion. We have gone from being the world's largest creditor to being the largest debtor nation. Such statistics add to the storm warnings we are seeing.
... Financial adviser Larry Burkett, author of The Coming Economic Earthquake, warns Christians to prepare for a day of reckoning. His evidence is compelling, and his calculations of the financial and moral failures in America and the world show just how far the ravages of the Apocalypse have already taken us. I have no doubt that a financial judgment day is coming for the United States before the end of this century unless our financial problems are addressed.

Well, it didn't happen before the end of the 20th century, but it did finally happen in 2008, when Dr. Graham's economic prediction finally caught up with us. In Storm Warning, Dr. Billy Graham also writes these words concerning the Tribulation period of our world's history:

A Storm Of Apocalyptic Proportions...
Consider what happened in John's next vision. It is a picture of the absolute horror of the final judgment. Carefully, the Lamb opened the sixth seal (Revelation 6:12-17). Suddenly, chaos gripped the universe. An earthquake that no Richter scale could measure shakes the entire world. The sun is eclipsed completely. In fact, reports John, "the sun turned black... the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind" (Revelation 6:12-13).
Here is a storm of apocalyptic proportions. The world trembles with terror. The great cities collapse. John sees kings, princes, generals, the rich, the mighty, slaves, free, every human being left on the earth running to escape the horror of God's final judgment. They flee to mountain caves. They cower behind rocks and boulders. But there is no escape. Desperately they cry out, "Hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?" (Revelation 6:16-17).
There will be a day of reckoning when God closes His books on time and judges every creature, living and dead. This vision of the judgments leading to the final judgment permeates the sixty-six books of the Holy Scripture. Before John's vision it was called the "day of wrath" (Zephaniah 1:15, Romans 2:5). Amos called it "the day of the Lord" (Amos 5:18), as did Jesus' own disciple, Peter (2 Peter 3:10). Paul, again and again, called it "the day of our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 1:8; Philippians 1:6). It is often referred to as the Great Tribulation.
All through history there have been days of judgment. The first judgment of God fell on Adam and Eve at the beginning of time (Genesis 3:16-19). Their original sin brought God's day of wrath and a permanent curse on all who followed. God judged Cain. God judged the descendents of Cain with the flood that Noah escaped. Other judgments include the confusing of tongues at Babel, the fiery destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the captivity and dispersion of the Israelites.

Dr. Billy Graham's son is Franklin Graham, another Christian evangelist of worldwide renown, who is reported to have bravely called Islam [and its attendant atrocities] "wicked and evil" on an MSNBC Nightly News broadcast.
Courageously, Franklin Graham did not back down from his stated conviction when attacked for his lack of "multi-culturalism" by the liberal media of the US.
At that time-- astoundingly-- even the liberal theologians writing for Christianity Today magazine were seen seeking to defend the record of Islam's endless imperialism-- a worldwide history of nightmarish violence, invasions, and international conquests-- by rebuking Franklin Graham and declaring that "Islam would not have become the second largest world religion if it were... as thoroughly evil as these comments [of Franklin Graham] suggest."
Reflecting upon this slightly insane assertion by the liberal theologians of Christianity Today magazine, the Christian researcher/ author Dave Hunt has remarked (p.141 in Judgment Day): "So evil can't grow and prosper, as Islam has done, with the sword?"

It is a violent destruction of all values, the ferocity of which you cannot imagine. I have seen it happen with my eyes.
I can tell you firsthand the future which men are planning now for America and your little "Mary" or your little "Billy" who now play on the carpet before your eyes.
It is said that one out of ten of our people of Rumania has passed through Communist prisons. In the West, where capitalism flourishes more than before with us and you have such independent, free peoples, it will be a much greater number. I have seen prisons packed with prisoners. The youngest was 9, the oldest 92. I have seen Christian children of 13 with their teeth kicked out and their bones broken, lying in cells in agony. I know of children beaten to death before the eyes of their parents because these were Christians. The horrible sounds of cells full of young children crying in the dark for their mothers and fathers can never be told. I have heard this many, many nights all night long. This is a Communist take over. It is not a "changing of social systems," but a bloody purge which reaches out to touch almost every family of a country. In our land, almost every family had a loved one imprisoned, beaten, tortured or killed.
Recently in Red China, Catholic priests were buried alive. We have news that the Red Guard which beat men publicly on the streets has gone into the jails and there, out of sight, has cut off the ears, tongues and legs of Christian prisoners.
If the Communists come to power in the West, this will be your fate and the fate of your children. It will touch every family as it did with us in Rumania. In my book "Tortured for Christ" I have given many proofs from Communist sources about the anti-Christian terror now reigning in the Communist countries. Just now, mass-arrests of Christians are happening across the Soviet Union. Some of those arrested have died as a result of the tortures. This is in Russia. Today! There has never existed one Communist country in which Christians have not been jailed, unspeakably tortured and killed. Is America-- the big target-- going to be any different? Remember, this isn't research, study or hypothetical dreaming. I have seen it happen. This is the "paradise" and the new social order" which the Communists prepare for America and the whole free world!
Read the books of Marx and Lenin and you will see that they will never be satisfied with less than world revolution. The whole world must be under their domination. Some say they are becoming more "practical" and "realistic" and not so doctrinaire. This is the "intermediate" step to lull America to sleep.

rapturous joy. They cried out while torturing Christians, "We are the
Devil."
We wrestle not
against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers of evil. We
saw that communism is not from men but from the Devil. It is a spiritual
force—a force of evil—and can only be countered by a greater spiritual force,
the Spirit of God.
I often asked
the torturers, "Don't you have pity in your hearts?" They usually
answered with a quotation from Lenin that "you cannot make omelets without
breaking the shells of eggs" and that "you cannot cut wood without
making chips fly." I said again, "I know this quotation from Lenin.
But there is a difference. When you cut a piece of wood it feels nothing. But
here you are dealing with human beings. Every beating produces pain and there
are mothers who weep." It was in vain. They are materialists. For them
nothing besides matter exists and to them a man is like wood, like an eggshell.
With this belief they sink to incredible depths of cruelty.

The Tortures In Communist Prisons...
I have
testified before the Internal Security Subcommittee of the U.S. Senate. There I
described awful things, such as Christians tied to crosses for four days and nights.
The crosses were put on the floor, and hundreds of prisoners had to fulfill
their bodily necessities over the faces and bodies of the crucified ones. Then
the crosses were erected again, and the Communists jeered and mocked: "Look
at your Christ! How beautiful he is! What fragrance he brings us from
Heaven!" I then described how, after being driven nearly insane with
tortures, a priest was forced to consecrate human excrement and urine and give
Holy Communion to Christians in this form. This happened in the Rumanian prison
of Pitesti. I asked the priest afterwards why he did not prefer to die rather
than participate in this mockery. He answered, "Don't judge me please! I
have suffered more than Christ!" All the Biblical descriptions of Hell and
the pains of Dante's Inferno are nothing in comparison with the tortures in
Communist prisons.
This is only a
very small part of what happened on one Sunday and on many other Sundays in the
prison of Pitesti. Other things simply cannot be told. My heart would fail if I
should tell them again and again. They are too terrible and too obscene to put
in writing. That is what your brothers in Christ went through and go through now!

Christians were slaughtered like sheep. The combined forces of the PLO and the
Muslims would enter a bomb shelter and see a mother and a father hiding with a
little baby. They would tie one leg of the baby to the mother and one leg to
the father and pull the parents apart, splitting the child in half. A close
friend of mine became mentally disturbed after they made her slaughter her own
son in a chair. They tied her to a chair, tied a knife to her hand, and holding
her hand, forced her to cut her own sixteen-year old son's throat. After
killing him they raped her two daughters in front of her. They would urinate
and defecate on the altars of churches using the pages of the Bible as toilet
paper before shooting and destroying the church. Americans just don't realize
the viciousness of the militant Islamic fundamentalist. They refuse to see it
even when they look today at video footage of churches being burned in Iraq or
different parts of the world or synagogues being destroyed in Gaza.

Brannon Howse is an American Christian
minister whose writings I only discovered on May 15, 2009. I found his website only after hearing his list of "26 Similarities Between America And Nazi Germany" read aloud by Rabbi Moshe Laurie and his wife Martha during their TV program called "Spiritual Warfare". It was also shown onscreen in its entirety, with a televised visual display of all the 26 items in this remarkable listing that has resulted from the historical research of Brannon Howse.
The "26 Similarities" list that Brannon Howse put together in January 2008 shows a degree of insight into the new conditions of America's current religious/ societal environment that is really quite shocking.
It appears we now have a "changed" U.S. society in which the immorality of the radical liberals-- merging with that of Godless Democrats, socialists, and American atheists-- has begun to take over all areas of our no-longer-balanced government.
There is no longer in the U.S. a "balance-of-power" of any proper sort, such as that which was sought by the founders of the United States; and further, we must remember that the founding fathers told us repeatedly that the democracy-concept of America could only be a successful form of government IF the population of the US remained that of a VIRTUOUS CHRISTIAN people... because it COULD NEVER work with any other kind of population.

time of year as the beginning of spring. It has likewise
become common for schools in America to refer to time off at

4. Hitler controlled the church using intimidation and threats.

Lyndon Baines Johnson, promoted a bill that included an
amendment to use the Internal Revenue Service to remove the

5. Hitler enticed thousands of pastors to promote paganism in
their congregations. Neopaganism is one of the fastest
growing religions in America, doubling every 18 months
according to a June 2008 article in The Denver Post. Many
American church-goers practice paganism such as "Christian"
yoga, contemplative prayer, and walking a labyrinth. As
evidence that church doors continue to open further to
aberrant beliefs, a 2008 survey found that 57% of
evangelicals do not believe Jesus Christ is the only way to
God.
6. Hitler was an environmentalist and vegetarian. Marriages
performed by the Nazi state frequently included blessings of
"Mother Earth" and "Father Sky." Today Americans
increasingly accept radical environmentalism, pantheism, and
the celebration of Earth Day.
7. Hitler was fascinated by eastern mysticism. Today an
increasing number of American pastors encourage their
followers to become "mystic warriors".
8. Hitler believed in reincarnation. He even convinced SS
officers that by murdering millions of Jews and other
"undesirables" they were allowing them to get on with the
reincarnation process and come back more quickly in an
advanced status. Americans increasingly accept the idea of
reincarnation as well as good and bad karma.
9. Hitler's holocaust killed between 8 and 11 million Jews and
non-Jews. Americans have killed an estimated 50 million
babies since abortion was legalized through the U.S. Supreme
Court in 1973. According to a July 7, 2008 article on
worldnetdaily.com "An abortionist who claims to have
destroyed more than 20,000 unborn children and who once was
Hillary Clinton's OB-GYN says he is doing 'God's work' when
he terminates a pregnancy…He admits that abortion kills a
human soul."
10. Hitler killed 270,000 handicapped people through active
euthanasia.[1] America and the courts are rushing toward the
same with the murder of individuals such as Terri Schiavo.
Oregon voters passed their Death with Dignity Act in 1994
and re-affirmed it in 1997. Washington state voters
legalized doctor-assisted suicide on November 4, 2008. In
December 2008, a Montana judge ruled terminally ill
residents of that state have the right to physician-assisted
suicide, and "death with dignity" is gaining acceptance in
other states as well.
11. Private schools were abolished by Hitler and all education
placed under Nazi control. There is constant pressure from
federal and many state education authorities to require that
Christian schools use state-mandated, humanistic textbooks.
The Home School Legal Defense Association is fighting
numerous battles at any given time to prevent parents from
loosing the right to educate their children as they see fit.
In August 2008, a federal district court ruled that the
state of California university system may choose not to
recognize the diplomas-and thereby deny college entrance
to-students who attended a school using textbooks that
express a Biblical worldview in the areas of history and
science (i.e., Christian schools).
12. Hitler prevented dissenters from using radio to challenge
his worldview. Many powerful liberals in America have made
clear their intent to reintroduce the "Fairness Doctrine"
that would require conservative and religious radio stations
to offer equal time to anti-Christian, anti-conservative
worldviews.
13. Pastors who spoke against Hitler's worldview and his
murderous regime found themselves on trial and frequently
imprisoned for "Abuse of Pulpit." In America, hate-crime
legislation has the potential to criminalize Christians and
pastors who speak out against the homosexual agenda.
14. Many Christians in Germany justified their allegiance to
Hitler through a belief that "Their duty to God was
spiritual; their duty to the state was political."[2] Many
American Christians now have bought the lie that their
worldview can be divided between the secular and the
sacred-the politician has one area of responsibility, the
pastor another, and never shall the two meet. Yet the Bible
teaches that all issues are fundamentally spiritual.
15. Hitler outlawed the cross and replaced it with the swastika.
Today many churches, Christian colleges, and universities
have willingly removed the cross from their buildings.
Numerous court cases sponsored by the ACLU have required the
removal of the cross from public grounds. The U.S. Supreme
Court ruled in 2005 that the Ten Commandments cannot be
posted on public grounds for religious purposes.
16. Hitler was fascinated with Friedrich Nietzsche and
distributed his writings to his inner circle. Nietzsche
promoted Nihilism, the belief that life has no meaning, and
he is best known for his position that "God is dead".
Nietzsche is presently one of the most widely read authors
by American college students.
17. Hitler exploited the economic collapse of Germany to take
over as dictator and usher in his brand of socialism.
America's financial crisis has given liberals in both
political parties the opportunity to grow the size of
government and implement freedom-robbing socialism at
lightning speed.

It's a "changed" U.S. government all right-- one where the radical liberals now seem to dominate all three branches of the U.S. government, and one where they are constantly seeking to dictate immorality and atheism for all citizens and the entire society of the U.S.
So how will the Christian population of the US respond to this new system, a change which Christian writer Hilmar Von Campe might well label as "the dictatorship of relativism"? Will they agree with the new ruler who declares that the US is "no longer a Christian nation"? Will they serve Caesar and swear allegiance to Caesar... swearing that "Caesar (i.e. the Fuhrer) is Lord" and that he is destined to be their all-powerful, tyrannical Master?
Or will they serve Jesus Christ as Lord & King in these hard times? Will they perhaps declare again the battle-cry of the Christian soldiers of the American Revolutionary War-- the ones who ran forward to battle the British with the cry "No King But Jesus!" upon their lips?

The Nazi Holocaust against the Jews of Europe did not end with the collapse of Nazi Germany in 1945, but rather the program of Holocaust has continued against the Jews of Israel. Hitler's crematoria have been replaced by human bombs, programmed to blow themselves up for the sole purpose of killing as many Jews as possible. Instead of thousands lining the streets of German cities saluting and sig-heiling, thousands, with heads wrapped in scarves, rally and chant menacingly in Arab and Muslim cities.

Germany was one of the richest nations in Europe yet, under the Nazis, the impulse to run roughshod over weaker neighbors and impose an iron fist on Europe proved irresistible. Thus is the case with the vast and oil-rich sovereign Arab and Islamic States who seem unable to live peacefully with most of their non-Islamic neighbors but instead aggressively pursue a policy of imposing their will on what Harvard Professor Samuel Huntington accurately referred to as Islam's bloody borders. Giles Milton, in his book, White Gold: The
Extraordinary Story of Thomas Pellow and North Africa’s
One Million European Slaves (UK: Hodder & Stoughton
Ltd, 2004), wrote of Muslim corsairs (pirates) who
raided England in 1625.
They attacked the English coast of Cornwall,
capturing 60 villagers at Mount’s Bay and 80 at Looe.
Muslims took Lundy Island in Bristol Channel and raised
the standard of Islam. By the end of 1625, over 1,000 English
subjects were sent to the slave markets of Sale, Morocco.
Robert C. Davis’ book, Christian Slaves, Muslim
Masters: White Slavery in the Mediterranean, the Barbary
Coast and Italy 1500-1800 (Palgrave Macmillian, 2003,
chp. 1, p. 3), gives the record Francis Knight, an Englishman
who had been kidnapped and enslaved in Algiers, then
made a slave on Algerian galleys for seven years:
January the 16[th] day, in the year before
nominated [1631]; I arrived in [Algiers,] that Citie
fatall to all Christians, and the butchery of
mankind...my condolation is for the losse of many
Christians, taken from their parents and countries,
of all sorts and sexes.

flagitions) not onely so, but bereaft of Christian
Religion, and means of grace and repentence.
How many thousands of the Nazarian [Christian] nations
have beene and are continually lost by that monster,

By 1640, hundreds of English ships and over
3,000 British subjects were enslaved in Algiers and
1,500 in Tunis. In three centuries, over a million
Europeans were enslaved by Muslim Barbary Pirates.
Giles Milton wrote of Thomas Pellow, born in
an English fishing village in 1704. At the age of 11,
Pellow was captured by Muslim Barbary Pirates when
his uncle’s ship was taken. He became property of
Sultan Moulay Ismail, and, along with 25,000 other
white slaves, was put to work building the Sultan’s
grand palace in Meknes, sometimes called the
“Versailles of Morocco.“
Sultan Ismail had 500 wives, mostly from captured
European women, who bore him a record 1,042 children.
Witnessing tortures, beheadings and forced
conversions to Islam, Pellew escaped after 23 years. A
distant relative, Sir Edward Pellew, led the British fleet to
bombard Algiers in 1816, freeing thousands of slaves.

13 Rev. Dr. Adrian Rogers . . .
Rev. Dr. Adrian Rogers, in his 2004 book Unveiling The End Times In Our Time: The Triumph Of The Lamb In Revelation, writes:
Militant Conquest...
We have heard of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. Here they are, riding forth after the rapture. We can almost hear their distant hoofbeats.
As these seals are broken, the first vision that appears is of someone who comes in power to rule. Revelation 6:2 says, "I looked, and there was a white horse. The horseman on it had a bow; a crown was given to him, and he went out as a victor to conquer." Look at the symbolism here. The white horse symbolizes a conqueror, the bow symbolizes power, and the crown symbolizes dominion. Could this be the Lord Jesus Christ? No, Jesus Christ is shown in Revelation 19 as coming on a white horse to rule and to reign. Then who is this? This is the Antichrist-the one who imitates the Lord Jesus Christ.
The prefix anti means "against" and "instead of." The Antichrist will be the devil's false messiah. He was prophesied in the Old and New Testaments. In the Old Testament, the Book of Daniel spoke of the man of sin, the Antichrist: "And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand" (Daniel 8:25 KJV). The Antichrist is described here as a man with crafty policies who is a consummate egotist.
In the New Testament, Jesus prophesied about this false messiah when He said, "I have come in My Father's name, yet you don't accept Me. If someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him" (John 5:43). When the Antichrist begins to go forth, everyone will proclaim that a savior has come to bring the world peace. Indeed, at that moment in time, the world will be ripe for the devil's messiah. And he will take full advantage of his hero status.
The world will worship at his feet. Little children will speak his name with reverence. Men will lay down their lives for this man, whom we are told will be Satan's superman. He will personify all of the Caesars, Napoleons, Hitlers, and Stalins rolled into one, and he will have sinister plans for military conquest.

Murderous Conflicts...
The second seal is opened, and it reveals that there will be murderous conflicts. The prophecy of Revelation 6:3-4 says, "And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword" (KJV).

Editorial interjection by RKS: Could not this "great sword" indicate the now-famous and endlessly destructive "sword of Islam"? It's the symbol on the flag of Muslim nations for a genuine reason; it represents Mohammed's original intention of achieving an Islamic world conquest and an Islamic dictatorship over the entire world. The now-famous "sword of Islam" has been the source of endless murders and innumerable decapitations for over 1,300 years now already. But in John's own lifetime, Mohammed and his endlessly destructive "sword of Islam" had not yet even come to exist in the world. This seems to be rather clearly Jesus' prophecy (through his beloved disciple John) of a future Islamic conquest.
When Satan's superman appears on the world stage with ideas of world conquest infesting his evil brain, war will follow as night follows day. That is the reason John has seen a horse that is red. It is a symbol of the bloodthirsty plans of this evil man. Indeed, there will be worldwide havoc and destruction as was prophesied by Jesus: "You are going to hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, because these things must take place, but the end is not yet" (Matthew 24:6). The Bible never prophesies that the world will get better, but to the contrary-- the world will become worse and worse.
One evidence of this is the frightening escalation of weaponry technology. There are enough nuclear weapons in the world today to annihilate every human being on earth hundreds of times over, but we continue to build and stockpile more and more. Recently our city's newspaper carried the headline: "Doomsday Scenario Laid Out." Here is a statement from the article: "A million people could die if terrorists launch a biological attack that widely disperses smallpox, Anthrax, Ebola virus, or other agents, according to the analysis of the damage that could be caused by weapons of mass destruction." The technology is there for massive destruction.
Why do I bring this up? Because when the Antichrist comes, a spirit of hatred will inflame the depraved hearts of men (see Matthew 24; Mark 13; Luke 21). According to God's Word, Jesus prophesied that there would be wars between nations, and also wars between classes of people, races, and religions. Brother will kill brother, and parents will gladly slay their children.

The Ambitions Of Islamism As A World Power...
When historians look back on this day, they will have to conclude that the most empowering, dynamic, and influential happenings have been (1) the surging rise of militant Islam, (2) the incredible resurrection of Israel as a nation, and (3) the escalating expansion of grassroots Christianity all over the world. All extremists have a sense that they are the custodians of the moral right with the best answers to human problems. They seek therefore to forcibly impose their values on the rest of us. These include those on the extreme left in the Western world. These "secular fundamentalists" possess a totalitarian spirit. This is certainly true among leftists in America. They are guilty of promoting mass murder in the guise of abortion and euthanasia. They are also unabashed in their use of hatred and flagrant lying to advance their causes. published several articles in Birth Control Review that
reflected Hilter's White Supremacist worldview. Planned
Parenthood now grosses one billion per year.
23. In Germany, pastors often cited Romans 13:1-2 to encourage
Christians to obey the Nazis. Today in America, many pastors
have a false view of Romans 13:1-2 and have convinced
millions that to disobey governing authorities is to disobey
God. This poor training would facilitate Christians here
doing just as the German Christians did if faced with
similar challenges.
24. Germans accepted socialism to avoid pain. Today's Americans
are rejecting capitalism in exchange for
government-sponsored "free" healthcare, education, and
countless other government handouts.
25. Many Americans accept what I call, One World Spirituality.
This is actually an amalgamation of the three worldviews of
evolutionary humanism, Hindu pantheism, and occultism. I
noted earlier that Hitler embraced all of these.
26. America is rushing toward government-sponsored, national
healthcare. We already have a form of this in Medicare and
Medicaid. Hitler, too, expanded and centralized Germany's
healthcare system. As Melchior Palyi explained, "The
ill-famed Dr. Ley, boss of the Nazi labor front, did not
fail to see that the social insurance system could be used

Joseph Farah, is a long-time conservative journalist, the founder of both his WorldNetDaily.com news site and his Whistleblower news magazine; he's also one of the most courageous Christian evangelists that I've ever come across. I suspect that he gets the conservative Christian viewpoint out to the huge masses of people in the US far better than any one-thousand preachers you might want to mention.
Below is a typical example of the kind of great warning-to-the-world wisdom that I am constantly finding in the daily Christian-viewpoint editorials written by Joseph Farah for his front-running Christian news site, WorldNetDaily.com:
Repeating the mistakes of the past...
As America plunges headlong into the socialist abyss, thinking it is actually discovering something new, it's time to examine some history and relearn the mistakes of the past.
Before we lose all vestiges of liberty, listen to a warning from Sir Winston Churchill, June 4, 1945. He had just emerged from leading England to victory over the Nazis and was now wary about a confrontation from another evil socialist monster, Josef Stalin. But Churchill had to be re-elected as prime minister - and the people were tired of sacrifice and war.
His political adversaries at home in the Labor Party were offering the people peace and socialism - much as Barack Obama and the Democratic Party did in 2008. Incredibly, Churchill, who had rescued his nation from Neville Chamberlain, a man whose very name today is a synonym of "appeasement," lost the election. But, before he did, here's his warning from an election speech delivered on radio:
"No socialist government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently worded expressions of public discontent. They would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo, no doubt very humanely directed in the first instance.
"And this would nip opinion in the bud; it would stop criticism as it reared its head, and it would gather all the power to the supreme party and the party leaders, rising like stately pinnacles above their vast bureaucracies of civil servants, no longer servants and no longer civil.
"And where would the ordinary simple folk - the common people, as they like to call them in America - where would they be, once this mighty organism had got them in its grip?"
Britain, fresh from defeating socialism in Germany, was about to embrace it at home. Does that sound familiar?
In the early 1990s, the Soviet Union finally imploded of its own dead weight and its inability to keep pace with freedom and free enterprise in the West. Who could have imagined then that less than 20 years later the United States, the most formidable adversary of communism in the world, would embrace the same kind of soft tyranny Churchill astutely predicted for his own beloved homeland in 1945?
Just as post-war western Europeans traded freedom for the false promises of peace and security, too many Americans are ready to made the same mistake today.
It comes at a huge price, Churchill warned.
Not only does a nation trade prosperity and individuality and personal initiative in the embrace of uniformity and central planning, it also loses the most basic freedoms - like the right to dissent, the right to speak one's mind, the right to march to the beat of one's own drummer.
Churchill saw it more than 60 years ago.
How many more socialist failures has the world witnessed since? And, yet, socialism still has allure. The Big Lie is still effective. Dumb down the public enough, as the government-controlled mis-education system has, and you can persuade people of anything, apparently.
So, mark my words. First they came for the banks. Then they came for the automakers. Next they will come for the opinion-makers.
The machinery is already in place.
They will do it under the guide of "diversity." They will do it under the guise of "tolerance." They will do it under the guise of "hate crimes."
As Churchill suggested, it will sound very humane at first. But then comes the Gestapo.

17 Ray Comfort . . .
Ray Comfort, is perhaps the most-devoted and most-energetic evangelist in the world today; he's a diligent Jewish/Christian believer whose enthusiasm and courage I admire greatly. Ray Comfort is probably the most-successful writer of tracts in the world today.
Ray Comfort is also one of the bravest living Jesus-believers to have arisen in the English-speaking world, having outlived (if not outperformed) the courageous lifetimes of Paul the Apostle (also a Jewish-Christian believer), of Richard Wurmbrand (likewise a Jewish-Christian believer), and even Dr. Henry M. Morris… who was somehow not Jewish, I think, but was nevertheless a courageous Christian in his own right, a genuine Bible-believer, and a remarkably brave defender of God's Holy Word.
In the passage I've quoted below, we get a short-and-sweet summation of Ray Comfort's basic thoughts about the oxymoron status of any person claiming to be a "Christian evolutionist" or "a Bible-believing evolutionist." This is something found in a recent addition to Ray Comfort's blog, on the site which he calls Atheist Central.
He's an author well-known in the conservative Christian sub-culture of the US, here writing against the threat of Evolutionism and liberal
theology, which has rapidly assaulted churches all around the world; in this response, Ray Comfort gave the churches of Jesus the clear warning that follows below.
Bible-Believing Evolutionist Is An Oxymoron...
"Dear Ray, Why is it so difficult for you to accept the fact of evolution when it has been universally accepted by the scientific community, and 99.99% of people who dedicate their lives to studying it? Why do you refuse to acknowledge that there are many very very serious bible believing Christians who claim to know God but also accept the fact of evolution? Why is it so difficult for you to think that if your God existed, he might be working through science instead of directly violating it? It merely makes the story of Genesis One allegorical, describing man's relationship with Jehovah rather then a literal account of how the world was made. Why, Ray, why, [do] you constantly attack scientific discourse with a bumptious attitude, yet you do not let us know the real reasons for it, [--] why?" --Mojo
Let me deal with your questions one by one. First, I strongly contest your 99.99%. You are saying that only .01% who study evolution don't believe it. I think you greatly exaggerate your figures. Still, never forget that there was a time when 100 % of the scientific community thought that the earth was flat. The majority must be right is a fallacy. Only God is right all the time.
Second, no Bible "believing" Christian accepts evolution. Such a thought is an oxymoron. To believe evolution means that the "Christian" doesn't believe the words of Jesus, when He said, "In the beginning God made them male and female" (see Matthew 19:4). To believe that God made mankind through the process of evolution means that you don't believe the Bible.
Here's a question for you: Why do Darwinian believers insist on hiding behind the cloak of "science," when their theory isn't scientific in the slightest? It's nothing more than a pseudo science--a fairy tale for grownups, believed by the gullible, and created by the imaginations of secular speculators.
Here's the bottom line: When anyone comes to know God through the new birth (see John 3:3-5), the issue is dead in the water. I can never convince you that Genesis is the truth, but you can know the truth yourself through repentance and trust in Jesus Christ.

Note From RKS: Ray Comfort's one of my personal heros, along with Bill Bright and other tract-writers… even though I'm certainly not so outgoing, nor so diligent and courageous an evangelist as he is! Ray Comfort takes on entire societies of atheists single-handed; he never avoids a confrontation which might offer him an opportunity to present the case for Jesus Christ to his listeners. I can't make that claim for myself, regrettably… but I do at least try to cover these areas somewhat in my own writings. I don't do a lot of socializing, by any means, and I've never considered myself to have any noticeable talent for public speaking or verbal debate.
Yet I have declared for about 28 years in my personal writings that I consider Evolutionism to be a false religion and a major anti-Christ force in the world, one of the greatest deceptions of Satan. I believe that Evolutionism is the direct predecessor and progenitor of Nazi Socialism, Marxist Socialism, and a lot of the liberal theology. This same "liberal theology" that currently incapacitates the American churches of Jesus Christ is likewise corrupting, I would say, the entire governmental structure of the United States. It is rapidly leading us to a total collapse of the traditional American way of life. The American way of life was previously based upon a firm foundation of Christian values and a conservative understanding that was formerly familiar to most Americans as "the Protestant Christian work-ethic." But that is nearly gone now. The popularity of socialism, fascism, and Marxism seems to be definitely "on the rise," and I'm sure this is a direct result of America's ever-increasing "faith" in the false-religion that is Evolutionism.
In this belief, I'm thinking basically like a lot of other conservative Christian evangelists, like Dr. Henry M. Morris, like Dr. Ken Ham, and like a lot of Creation Science advocates, all of whom are strong Bible-believers. We all agree, I'm sure, that the Holy Word of God is quite similar to God Himself in the fact that it's clearly a creation of Jesus Christ (Who is the Word of God), and as with His own nature… we find in it "all Light, and no Darkness whatsoever" (i.e., no errors, lies, deceptions, or unscientific myths).
Ray Comfort, like myself and all conservative Christians, does not believe in Evolution, but rather in the Holy Word of God, and it seems that he offers few "words of comfort" to those "liberal Christians" who would try to claim they are Bible-believing "Christian evolutionists." But he does give them what we might call "plain advice" and "fair warning."

Rev. David Wilkerson is the highly-respected New York City pastor who wrote the anticipatory book The Vision, which warns of many judgmental catastrophes that God will soon be bringing on the United States and the rest of the unbelieving world. He's also famous as the author of The Cross And The Switchblade, another of his books; this one was long-ago made into a movie, in which Christian actor Pat Boone was privileged to be able to play the role of Rev. David Wilkerson in an earlier stage of his life.

For ten years I have been warning about a thousand fires coming to New York City. It will engulf the whole megaplex, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut. Major cities all across America will experience riots and blazing fires-- such as we saw in Watts, Los Angeles, years ago.
There will be riots and fires in cities worldwide. There will be looting-- including Times Square, New York City. What we are experiencing now is not a recession, not even a depression. We are under God's wrath. In Psalm 11 it is written,
"If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (v. 3).
God is judging the raging sins of America and the nations. He is destroying the secular foundations.
The prophet Jeremiah pleaded with the wicked Israel, "God is fashioning a calamity against you and devising a plan against you. Oh, turn back each of you from your evil way, and reform your ways and deeds. But they will say, It's hopeless! For we are going to follow our own plans, and each of us will act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart" (Jeremiah 18:11-12).
In Psalm 11:6, David warns, "Upon the wicked he will rain snares (coals of fire)… fire… burning wind… will be the portion of their cup." Why? David answered, "Because the Lord is righteous" (v. 7). This is a righteous judgment-- just as in the judgments of Sodom and in Noah's generation.
WHAT SHALL THE RIGHTEOUS DO? WHAT ABOUT GOD'S PEOPLE?
First, I give you a practical word I received for my own direction. If possible lay in store a thirty-day supply of non-perishable food, toiletries and other essentials. In major cities, grocery stores are emptied in an hour at the sign of an impending disaster.
As for our spiritual reaction, we have but two options. This is outlined in Psalm 11. We "flee like a bird to a mountain." Or, as David says, "He fixed his eyes on the Lord on His throne in heaven-His eyes beholding, His eyelids testing the sons of men" (v. 4). "In the Lord I take refuge" (v. 1).
I will say to my soul: No need to run… no need to hide. This is God's righteous work. I will behold our Lord on His throne, with His eye of tender, loving kindness watching over every step I take-trusting that He will deliver His people even through floods, fires, calamities, tests, trials of all kinds.
Note: I do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off. I have unburdened my soul to you. Do with the message as you choose.

The country's attorney general, Robert McClelland, warned there is "a most urgent need for renewed vigilance against a very real and present danger."
The FBI has issued a high priority warning that "such a terrorist plan could devastate states like California."
Spain, France and Germany-- all with vast forests-- are "vulnerable," MI6 warned the intelligence services of those countries. "The Amazon Basin, and other forests which supply the world with wood, is another prime target," the warning added.
The instructions for a "global fireball" were among documents recovered in the Pakistan border raid on an al-Qaida safe house.
The author was Abu Musab al-Suri, who wrote the terrorist textbook, "The Global Islamic Resistance Call."
The 50-year-old Syrian-born terrorist was seized by U.S. Special Forces in Quetta, Pakistan, in 2005.
There are reports that he was flown to Egypt for interrogation by CIA officers and remains in one of Egypt's secret prisons.
But other reports suggest that, in a deal with Syria, al-Suri has been released and is now in Baghdad planning attacks against Israel.

Christians, Here Come The Lions...
WARNING: This column is written for, and addressed to, America's Christians only. Well, maybe devout Jews as well, but no one else. People of other faiths, or no particular faith at all, probably won't comprehend the looming danger or see anything to be concerned about.
But this is a three alarm, red alert wake-up call for people who are serious about their Judeo-Christian religion. The end of our religious freedom in America could be at hand.
Can you believe it? In "the land of the free, the home of the brave," the one country in human history whose original purpose was to create and preserve absolute religious freedom for all? The nation whose foundational documents, its Declaration of Independence and Constitution, and its subsequent Bill of Rights, specifically guaranteed that government would absolutely keep its grubby hands off its citizens' freedom to exercise their faith however, whenever and wherever they choose?
I've always been awed by the incredible courage of the early Christians (many of whom were Jews). Human beings just like us, bound up in their cultures as we are in ours, who became willing to sacrifice everything - everything including their very lives - rather than repudiate or abandon their faith in God. They were tortured and persecuted in so many ways, but I think the most terrifying trials came in the Colosseum in Rome when Christian men and women were herded out into the arena, sometimes tied to posts, and left to be torn to pieces and devoured by ravenous lions.
I still shudder when I imagine myself one of those fervent believers, just wanting to worship and serve God as I believe He wants me to, being forced to face the unreasoning, snarling beasts that will literally devour me, just because of my professed faith. Another reason I'm thankful to be living here and now instead of there and then.
But now that time is seeming less distant! Our new president, his administration, a Congress and much of the judiciary ruled by ultra-liberal, "progressive" and humanistic men and women, egged on and abetted by the ACLU, are actively making plans and devising bills that will force Christians to either obey the new laws, or be fined, jailed - or who knows? Perhaps physically punished, imprisoned, or worse.
You think I'm exaggerating? Think again.

Though the Oprah/Obama crowd poses as compassionate people who care about the weak, it represents the reassertion of a purely power-based order in human society, a concept of law and government most fully codified under ancient Roman rule.
Roman imperial rule epitomized the human social order based on self-legitimizing power. As advocates of a moral understanding that implies returning to this social order, the Oprah/Obama crowd profoundly rejects the moral understanding Jesus Christ asserted against it. The biblical Creator God is the transcendent, absolute power who provides the basis for a concept of right that limits the claims of every human power, whatsoever. However powerful or successful any human or humans become, the weak and powerless have recourse to this standard of justice as a rallying point against the claim of the more powerful to rule without respect for any will but their own. This standard becomes the basis for the idea of "limited government," not just as a particular matter of fact, but as the conceptual test of just government as such. This means that any government not intrinsically constrained to respect the right established by God's will has no legitimacy.
It's no accidental coincidence that this return to the ancient Roman understanding of power involves promoting the false notion that personal liberation mainly involves the free play of sexual and other physical passions. In fact, the paradigm of such liberation is the wealthy drug addict's freedom to get high - a condition that, in fact, involves a degrading form of subjection and slavery. Moreover, as the capacity for self-control in the face of passion erodes, so does the ability to control fear (which is, after all, a physical passion) when confronted with danger. This reinforces the ability of the more powerful to cow and manipulate those less well endowed.

The image of Christian martyrs singing hymns as they faced wild animals in the Roman arena testifies to its ability to rouse their courage. The Oprah/Obama crowd may pose as champion of the masses, but it serves an agenda that must ultimately reinstate the routine oppression of the many by the few. Before the meaning of Christ's incarnation was accurately translated for the benefit of the common people, such oppression was characteristic of societies everywhere. I believe that the American republic has been the primary and most successful result of that translation. As it now faces what may be the last crisis of its existence, its fate heavily depends on whether those who profess to be Christians will understand the indispensable role that must be played by the courage their faith makes available to all. This may be the most important practical prerequisite of the equality America's founders asserted on behalf of all humankind.

Ethan Smith in 1814 published the words above which proclaim his clear prediction that the Muslim nations of the world would in Earth's Last Days be laboring to annihilate the regathered Jews in the re-created nation of Israel. How amazed Capt. James Lawrence would have been, I think, if he could have known that less than 200 years later, those same imperialistic Muslims would be employing their same old terrorist tactics as they in modern times assaulted the Twin Towers of New York City (on Sept. 11, 2001), in their ever-continuing war against the US and all Western countries that might still possess a "Christian" culture... or even merely a Judeo-Christian heritage to which some portion of the population might yet cling.
All such Western nations in 2009 are still full of "infidels," you see, who may commit the grievous "sin" of trying to maintain a Bible-based culture with a Judeo-Christian morals-foundation! So they think we must sheeplike accept the Islamic invasion, it seems, and be mutely led to the slaughter-- in accordance with the "survival-of-the-strongest" theology of Islam.
Or else, the "inferior" Christians and Jews of the US and all Western nations must meekly choose to "submit" to Islam's power and to the ever-widening Islamic conquest-- mutely watching, paralyzed in terror, as all our fellow Christians and Jews become trampled under the heels of the Islamic invaders.
Today, in 2009, the descendents of those same imperialistic Muslims whom Capt. Regarding the above passage, please note that Rev. Ethan Smith, writing in 1814, here refers to a drying up of the River Euphrates that most Bible prophecy scholars regard as a major prediction in the book of John's Revelation-- a prediction concerning the Last Days of the Fallen World, at a time prior to the ultimate Return of our Lord and King, Jesus the Christ.
Rev. Ethan Smith's confidance in the drying up of the Euphrates River seems to have been already substantiated by an Aug. 17, 2009 news-update video from Rev. J. R. Church that I have watched at his website (ProphecyInTheNews.com) just yesterday. In his video update, Rev. J. R. Church reads aloud (extensively) from a recent New York Times article that describes with great detail the current "drying up" of the Euphrates River in 2009 due to long drought and man-made problems.
This "drying up" of the river is making a very unhappy situation for the present-day residents in the region of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. In fulfillment of Revelation's prophecy, the "drying up" of the Euphrates River is right now having some unfortunate and catastrophic impact upon the locals in that distressed region of the modern-day Mideast!

Earthquakes Are Coming To The United States...
The United States is going to experience, in the not-too-distant future, the most tragic earthquake in its history. One day soon this nation will be reeling under the impact of the biggest news story of modern times. It will be coverage of the biggest, most disastrous earthquake in history.
It will cause widespread panic and fear. Without a doubt, it will become one of the most completely reported earthquakes ever. Television networks will suspend all programming and carry all-day coverage.
Another earthquake, possibly in Japan, may precede the one that I see coming here. There is not the slightest doubt in my mind about this forthcoming massive earthquake on our continent. I believe it will be many times more severe than the San Francisco quake.
I am not at all convinced that this earthquake will take place in California. In fact, I believe it is going to take place where it is least expected. This terrible earthquake may happen in an area that's not known as an earthquake belt. It will be so high on the Richter scale that it will trigger two other major earthquakes.

The island of Jamaica was captured from the Spanish in 1655 by British Admiral William Penn, father of Pennsylvania's founder, but it was too far from England to defend, so the city turned to privateers, pirates, and buccaneers for protection.
The likes of Blackbeard, Calico Jack, and Captain Henry Morgan, namesake of the rum, attacked Spanish ships and returned with their booty.
Soon Port Royal, Jamaica, surpassed Boston as England's most prosperous settlement.
Called "the Sodom of the New World" for its "pirates, cutthroats, whores," drinking, gambling and slave trading, it was "the richest and wickedest city in the world" until JUNE 7, 1692, when an earthquake and tsunami sank it under the sea.
Over 2,000 drowned, graves opened and bodies washed about.
Eye-witness Rev. Emmanuel Heath, wrote:
"Port Royal was terribly destroyed by an earthquake and breaking in of the sea upon it.
"The destruction was sudden...in four minutes multitudes were killed by the falling houses...
"I believe God, I never in my life saw such a terror...the earth opened and swallowed up people before my face...

Consider what happened in John's next vision. It is a picture of the absolute horror of the final judgment. Carefully, the Lamb opened the sixth seal (Revelation 6:12-17). In fact, reports John, "the sun turned black... the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind" (Revelation 6:12-13).

There will be a day of reckoning when God closes His books on time and judges every creature, living and dead. This vision of the judgments leading to the final judgment permeates the sixty-six books of the Holy Scripture. Before John's vision it was called the "day of wrath" (Zephaniah 1:15, Romans 2:5). Amos called it "the day of the Lord" (Amos 5:18), as did Jesus' own disciple, Peter (2 Peter 3:10). Paul, again and again, called it "the day of our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 1:8; Philippians 1:6). It is often referred to as the Great Tribulation.
All through history there have been days of judgment. The first judgment of God fell on Adam and Eve at the beginning of time (Genesis 3:16-19). Their original sin brought God's day of wrath and a permanent curse on all who followed. God judged Cain. God judged the descendents of Cain with the flood that Noah escaped. Other judgments include the confusing of tongues at Babel, the fiery destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the captivity and dispersion of the Israelites.

In 1795, Muslim Barbary Pirates of Algiers captured
115 American sailors. The United States was forced to pay
nearly a million dollars in ransom. A 1798 Treaty of Tripoli,
lines of which are often misquoted out of context, failed.
In 1801, the year Jefferson became President, the
Muslim Barbary Pirates demanded $225,000, plus an
annual tribute of $25,000. When Jefferson refused, the
Pasha (Lord) of Tripoli declard war. This was the first war
the United States was in after becoming a nation.
In his First Annual Message, December 8, 1801,
President Thomas Jefferson stated:
"Tripoli, the least considerable of the Barbary
States, had come forward with demands
unfounded either in right or in compact, and had
permitted itself to [announce] war on our failure
to comply before a given day.
The style of the demand admitted but one
answer. I sent a small squadron of frigates into the
Mediterranean, with assurances to that power of our
sincere desire to remain in peace, but with orders to
protect our commerce against the threatened attack.
The measure was seasonable and salutary.
The Bey [lord] had already declared war. His
cruisers were out. Two had arrived at Gibraltar.
Our commerce in the Mediterranean was
blockaded and that of the Atlantic in peril.
The arrival of our squadron dispelled the
danger. One of the Tripolitan cruisers having
fallen in with and engaged the small schooner
Enterprise, commanded by Lieutenant Sterret,
which had gone as a tender to our larger vessels,
was captured, after a heavy slaughter of her men,
without the loss of a single one on our part.
The bravery exhibited by our citizens on that
element will, I trust, be a testimony to the world."
Eventually, President Jefferson sent the Marines to
capture Tripoli in 1803, led by Commodore Edward Preble,
Commodore John Rogers and Captain William Eaton. This
forced the Muslim Pasha to stop his terrorist attacks, giving
rise to the Marine Anthem:

This is official Islam: it cannot change without admitting
that Muhammad was a false prophet and murderer.
Myth #2: "Islam is a religion of love." Hardly. There is not one
verse in the Koran that commands us to love anything. In contrast,
Jesus summarized the entire Bible in just two verses from
the Old Testament (the "Great Commandments"): "And thou
shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy
soul, and with all thy might" (Deut. 6:5) and "Thou shalt love
thy neighbour as thyself" (Lev. 19:18).

Muslim God Is Not Triune YHWH God; Bible Called Lies; Jesus Is Slandered, Not Revered...
Myth #3: "Allah is the same as the God of the Old Testament."
Nothing could be further from the truth. Allah is presented as
one who might do anything; in fact, he is presented as capricious.
Read that as untrustworthy. The God of Abraham, Isaac,
and Jacob delights in making and keeping His promises.
Despite propaganda to the contrary, Allah is not the Arabic
name for God; it is the proper name for a specific god: the moon
god. The crescent moon adorns mosques throughout the world.
When the Koran is translated into any other language, the name
Allah is not translated.
Rioting Muslim mobs invariably chant in their "fanaticism,"
"Allah Ackbar! Allah Ackbar!" Ackbar is usually mistranslated
great; however, it is a comparative, not an absolute: greater.
Greater than whom?
Myth #4: "The Koran is compatible with the Bible." The Koran
is an amalgam of non-Biblical myths that are not only inconsistent
with the Bible, they are even self-contradictory.' The enemies
of Islam—both the Jews and the Christians—are referred
to in the Koran as "the People of the Book." (I personally will
gladly subscribe to that identity anytime.)
Myth #5: "Islam venerates Jesus Christ." Anyone who believes
that is totally ignorant of the claims of both.
There are numerous other errors and inconsistencies, but
they all derive from these.

The Importance Of Being Judgmental...
Another question asks about God's forgiveness of sin. God's reply: "I do not forgive anyone because there is nothing to forgive. There is no such thing as right or wrong and that is what I have been trying to tell everyone, do not judge people. People have chosen to judge one another and this is wrong, because the rule is 'judge not lest ye be judged.'"
I received this report of the contents of books in the Neale Walsch series "Conversations with God" from one of my e-mail correspondents. (Reportedly, Walsch's work is one of Oprah Winfrey's particular favorites.) I was struck by the self-evident contradiction that has Walsch's god saying, "There is no such thing as right or wrong" in one breath, and "this is wrong" in the next. Obviously Walsh's god has no problem applying a concept while declaring that it doesn't exist.
I'd be tempted to think Walsch meant this as a joke, but this kind of silliness is typical of the shallow nonsense that passes for spirituality with the Oprah/Obama set. Mere mortals such as I have a hard time understanding how it's possible to recognize something as wrong when there's no such thing as right or wrong. Like eating a cake that's no longer there, it's a trick that can apparently be mastered only by the glamorous few.
Anyone who asserts that people should not be "judgmental" and then decries racism or "homophobia" is guilty of the same illogic. The word "judgment" traces its roots to Latin, jus dicare, meaning to say or pronounce what is right. Judgment assumes that right exists and can be recognized as such. If someone decries racism as an injustice (a word that also includes the reference to right or jus), they are invoking a concept or standard of right that makes it so. If "there is no such thing as right or wrong," this standard cannot exist. Their opposition to racism (or any other injustice) is groundless emotionalism. It has no more claim to respect than the opposite view - that racial superiority legitimizes oppression of those who are inferior.

2nd U.S. War Against Barbary Coast Muslim Terrorists (1812-1816), With U.S. Still Seeking To Free Enslaved Christian Americans Held by Muslim Kidnappers...
The Muslims broke their treaty with the United
States as Islam teaches they do not have to keep treaties
with infidels. In 1815, the Second Barbary War began.
The U.S. Congress authorized naval action to stop
the piracy. Six European countries joined in the war against
Morocco, Algiers, Tunis and Tripoli. Commodore Stephen
Decatur, hero of the War of 1812, and Commodore William
Bainbridge, led ten warships to the Mediterranean.
Under Decatur’s guns, the Dey (ruler) of Algiers
was forced to stop demanding tribute from other
countries, to pay reparations for damages and forced
to release American prisoners. Similar promises were
forced from Tunis and Tripoli.
Muslims again broke their treaty, resulting in
the British and Dutch bombarding Algiers in 1816,
forcing them to release 3,000 European prisoners.
Algiers again renewed its piracy and slavetaking,
causing the British to bombard them in 1824. It
was not until 1830, when the French conquered Algiers,
did Muslim Barbary Piracy come to an end.
Theodore Roosevelt wrote in his book Fear God and
Take Your Own Part (NY: George Doran Co., 1916, p. 351):
The Lusitania and some 1,200 noncombatants,
men, women and children, were
drowned...
Centuries have passed since any war
vessel of a civilized power has shown such
ruthless brutality toward non-combatants, and
especially toward women and children.

Rev. Church Leaders In The West Ignored All His Warnings...
In Communist prisons, one thing that helped me survive, when so many died all around me, was the hope that one day I would be free and would be able to warn the western world about the Communist menace. This I have tried to do in my contacts with some of your western church leaders. But I met their enmity, their indifference ... and even their complicity with the Communists. Therefore, I appeal to you, the rank and file Christians.
I have spoken personally and corresponded with many of your church leaders in the West. I have poured forth my heart to them. I have warned them of the very things I witnessed personally before and urged them to beware. US Church Leaders Neglect A Duty To Their Own Flocks...
I come from the Communist world, and I write and speak mostly about Communism, but I am not obsessed with the Communist problem. Wesley has said "The whole world is my parish," and I could say the same thing about myself. Many of the Western church leaders are guilty not only of neglecting the suffering Christians behind the Iron Curtain, they are guilty of neglecting their duties toward the whole world. I could say that in some ways the situation of the church behind the Iron Curtain is much less alarming than that of the church in the West. In England the number of those who go to church is decreasing continually. At Easter 1966 only three per cent of the population of London attended a religious service. In Great Britain, of each thousand of children who go to Sunday school, only 27 become afterwards members of the church. In the whole of Scandinavia the percentage of those who attend regularly church services is something around 5 per cent. Have you seen your church leaders very concerned about this?
Some of the Western church leaders are shepherds who don't care for their own flocks, and it may seen naive from my part to have asked from them to care for the persecuted flock behind the Iron Curtain.
But now I don't speak any more to them. I speak to you, the rank and file Christian and pastor. You must know the truth which your leaders hide from you.
Lenin wrote in his 15th Volume, "The Marxist must be a materialist, it is an enemy of religion." The enmity between Marxism and Christianity is as fundamental as the enmity between God and Satan, and between sin and righteousness.
Communists, as long as they remain Communists, can never be something else than mass torturers and mass killers of Christians, and mass poisoners of children and youth with atheism.
The blood of the killed brethren and the blood of the children whose souls will be lost because of the atheism which they have been taught, will be on your church leaders which have complied with Communism. But will it be only on them? Will it not be on you, too?

That odious verdict was reversed, but the battle goes on. The ACLU is intimidating cities, counties and states to remove all crosses and scriptures and Christian emblems from buildings everywhere in the country.

I know, we don't like to think that dire prophecies like these could actually be fulfilled in our day, in our blessed country. The real nightmare is that fellow Americans could actually turn on us in these blatantly obvious ways - corrupting our traditional, constitutionally protected way of life. We keep thinking that somehow "people will come to their senses" and that "everything will work out all right." But just a couple weeks ago in San Diego, misguided police threatened to arrest Christians who were conducting Bible studies in their home! Only a local uproar by Christians and local officials saved the day.
The bottom line: Like it or not, believe it or not, the end times seem to be drawing near. And unless we Christians exercise our freedoms and our faith, collectively, unapologetically and openly, we will most certainly be facing different, though still savage and deadly, lions.

The lawyer/ journalist Ann Coulter is also a Christian believer (and not a proponent of Evolutionism), though she is known more for her political writing than as a defender of the Christian faith. Liberals love to boast that they are not "religious," which is what one would expect from the state-sanctioned religion. Of course liberalism is a religion. We Are Forgetting The Aim For Which The Christian Church Exists...
How wonderful it would be if Western Christians would ask their church leaders: "What are you doing for spreading secretly the Gospel in countries where the Gospel is forbidden?" How wonderful it would be if Western Christians arose from their apathy and asked their church leaders to break any relationship with the Communist stooges who come from the East to the World Council of Churches! How wonderful it would be if they would ask from their church leaders an unceasingly firm stand against the mass torturers and the mass killers of the Christians!
I from my side, think that the example of Jesus, who drove out the merchants from the temple, must be repeated in the West. And that all those who dare praise the killers of Christians from the pulpit should be driven out forever from the leadership of churches.
If you don't do this, we will continue to go to church having forgotten the aim for which this church exists. God has created the church in order to oppose evil in all its forms in this world, and to proclaim the Kingdom of God. There is no bigger evil in the world today than Communism Hitler appears as an innocent child in comparison with the Cornmunist leaders. He has killed six million Jews, that was all. 42 Ann Coulter
The lawyer/ journalist Ann Coulter is herself a Christian (and not a proponent of Evolutionism), though she is known more for her political writing than as a defender of the Christian faith. Yet her 2007 book Godless: The Church Of Liberalism is one that should be read by all Christians & Jews in the US, and even those in other countries. In Godless, she firmly declares the fact that Evolutionism/ Darwinism-- merely a specific kind of Godless atheism with a more respectable name-- has today become the religion-of-choice among American liberals. On one hand, they're constantly proclaiming that it's possible to believe in God and in evolution, and thereby implying that only a religious belief could keep anyone from believing in evolution. And then when no one's looking, they announce that evolution has disproved God.
