5. A Godlike Overview of CATACLYSM

You human beings are often subjected to a personal CATACLYSM of cosmic proportions. Here's the only way that a human will ever stay afloat in a flood of troubles . . . and the only means of escape.

When a sea of troubles comes crashing down on the Devastated Earth, be sure you are aware of the only available lifeboat . . . It's the only way humans will ever be able to stay afloat in that perilous ocean which surrounds you.

cataclysm, n. 1. any violent upheaval, esp. one of a social or political nature. 2. Phys. Geog. a sudden and violent physical action producing changes in the earth's surface. 3. an extensive flood; deluge. [< derivation from Latin and Greek words meaning "flood" and "washing" ]

When catastrophes come flooding into your lives, you humans often feel that you are being annihilated or tortured by a vindictive God who doesn't feel pain or just doesn't understand you. Deep inside yourself, you may be wondering if Your God is insensitive or sadistic. It's hard to even conceive that Your God might be using the violent upheaval of your own personal cataclysm to mold you into something different, to re-shape and transform you.

Your God might use that flood of afflictions to cleanse and purify you in some peculiar way... or maybe to train you, to crush you completely, grinding you into a fine powder that God Almighty can use for some mysterious transformation . . .

But it might be instead that He wants you to find the escape route that He has planned for you!

And could there be any other possible explanations for this sea of catastrophes in which you feel like you're just treading water with tired feet and trying not to drown . . . ?

Jesus Christ predicted that yours would be a time of terrible distress on Earth, saying that "If those days are not cut short, no one will survive, but for the sake of the elect who are chosen by God, those days will be cut short."

Horrible plagues, disasters, catastrophes, and calamities are now overwhelming the entire Earth! If a geographic grid could be designed to map out all these worldwide catastrophes, it would show that they have become so prolific and intense that they now leave no point on Earth untouched! There is no safe place anywhere on Earth at this critical time in the world's history! Any chart or graph made up of the Earth's Catastrophic Grid Index would surely indicate that your ancient world, the Earth, is dying!

And indeed the old Earth is sick and dying. The ancient planet Earth is now in its death throes. After observing the Earth's Catastrophic Grid Effect, you can only wonder whether its death will come by explosion or implosion.

Jesus Christ even foresaw this future world of yours as a time "Where the dead body is... there the vultures will be gathered together." But Jesus also said that "All these things are just the beginning of birth pains." The Old Earth, in which you now suffer, is dying and soon to pass away. And yet when it is gone it will be replaced by a New Earth that is in accord with God's original design!

Jesus Christ predicted of this future that "On the Earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the sign of the Son of Man [God The Son, Jesus] coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." [Luke 21:25-28]

Jesus predicted of your future world that "As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the time of the return of the Son of Man. For in the days before the Flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, right up to the day when Noah entered the Ark . . . and they knew nothing about what would happen until the Flood came and destroyed them all. That is how it will be at the returning of the Son of Man." [Matthew 24: 37-39]

Jesus Christ was God The Son, and He was molded by God The Father (through His incarnation as a human baby, and through His later suffering on the Cross) in order that He might become God's chosen vessel for the salvation of the world.

God The Father chose to make Jesus Christ the Second Ark. God has appointed Christ to be a new version of Noah's Ark that can even rescue the people of your own time from the Great Cataclysm of the Last Days.

You can join Jesus Christ in His GREAT ARK and escape the cataclysms of the Fallen World.

The Old Testament Ark has been SURPASSED by the New Covenant Lifeboat! The Lifeboat which is Jesus Christ offers NOT ONLY SURVIVAL. . . but also NEW LIFE and passage to a NEW EARTH.

To accomplish your GREAT ESCAPE from this Fallen World, you must seek salvation through the only "lifeboat" that God has provided -- you can find safety and deliverance in Jesus Christ.

In this present world you find death and destruction, but in Jesus Christ you find life. Jesus really is the only way of escape; He is the truth, and He is life for a great multitude of people who desperately need rescue.

You see, it's rather like this: Humanity has tried to build its own version of Noah's Ark, but what the human race ended up riding will be an even bigger tragedy than the Titanic.

Your man-made super-vessel is supposed to keep you afloat in a world of cataclysmic catastrophes, but it will never make it through all the world-shaking storms and mind-blasting calamities which are soon to hit an unprepared humanity.

The New Titanic of humanism. . . upon which so much of the human race now pins all its hope. . . is a faulty ship that is surely headed for destruction. Your New Titanic is actually a monument to vanity and paganism! Jesus Christ Himself has predicted the coming of its devastation. He foresaw the bleak future of an Earth devastated and destroyed -- a time which is almost here.

When the human race started building your New Titanic, you wanted it to be a seagoing ship that could conquer any ocean. You built a luxurious ocean liner, and you had high hopes for it. Some people thought it was more than it really was: They liked to call it "Spaceship Earth," and fantasized that it would one day be a starship. Other people did not expect quite so much of it, yet they still have not anticipated that it might end up a wreckage at the bottom of a stormy sea.

When the Last Cataclysm overwhelms it like a tidal wave . . . then all of humanity will know that ship's final destination. At that time they will all be wishing for deliverance. In a blind panic, they will all be wishing for a lifeboat that can take them to the protective haven of any safe port. "Any port in a storm," they will think. Suddenly they will be ready to give God's way a try, if only it can bring them rescue!

My followers must hope and pray that these will still be able to remember the way to salvation at so late a point in time.

Humanity's new Titanic is your man-made Earth, and it is a doomed vessel, a gargantuan ship that is already sinking! The gigantic metal structure of your man-made world is destined for the bottom of the ocean and a watery grave! And Jesus Christ is the only lifeboat which God has provided to you.

Jesus is the only possible means of escape from this greatest of all calamities.

"Pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen," is the warning which Jesus gave you long ago, far in advance of the present distress. Be sure that you know the way to survival in the care of that colossal lifeboat which is Jesus Christ.

As you humans ride on board the boastful New Titanic in a world of seemingly endless calamities, you would be wise to be aware of the location of the only lifeboat which is available to you. Or else, dear passenger, you will perish as one who is the predestined victim of a doomed vessel.

You humans must be AWARE of the Creation's New Lifeboat! You must know how to TAKE ARMS AGAINST A SEA OF TROUBLES!

You can TAKE ARMS AGAINST A SEA OF TROUBLES only by placing Jesus Christ, who in the Trinity of God created your Universe, upon a throne at the center of your heart! He deserves that position and that kind of respect. He was first God The Son, but when born in human flesh he became the only sinless and righteous person who ever lived. Yet he sacrificed himself on a cross for your sake, taking all guilt and sins upon himself, in order that you and your race -- all the people of the Earth -- might be spared from eternal torment. My Son did this, in order that whoever wishes for salvation might be rescued from the due punishment of sins.

You can survive all of life's frightful cataclysms and ultimately make it to a safe port if you get in the only lifeboat available, trusting Jesus Christ to be your Savior and choosing Him as permanent Captain of your own life-vessel.

You may have to spend many more years in the troubled seas than you ever anticipated, but sooner or later your Deliverer is going to get you out of the stormy oceans and home to that safe port where you always wanted to go.

And the company of Jesus Christ could make the long wait in that lifeboat a much more bearable ride.

Have you been subjected to a personal CATACLYSM of cosmic proportions? Here's the only way you will ever stay afloat in an ocean of troubles . . . and the only means of escape.

If you humans choose to accept Jesus Christ and pray to receive His illumination, then His Holy Spirit will come to reside within you forever. He will be a fiery energy-force inside you that will burn eternally and give you a perpetual guidance. He will stay with you in all Earthly trials, and beyond.

By doing this, you will gain a new contentment and inner peace as you accept God's organizational plan for the Universe . . . because you'll be letting God be the Ruler of All Things in your world . . . and in your own life.

All it really takes is a simple but sincere little prayer -- one that a human being should make up in his/her own words. The prayer for deliverance and for God's leadership should come from your own hearts!

My servant Matthew has written in My Book of a prophecy which Jesus made. My Son Jesus said of the people of God that "The kingdom of heaven is like a net that God has cast into the sea, and it gathers of every kind: When it is full, it will be pulled up on the shore, where they will sit down to sort the catch, and they will collect the good fish in baskets, but the bad things will be thrown away. This is the way it will be at the end of the world: The angels shall come forth, and they will separate the unrighteous persons from among those justified by God . . ." [13:47-50]

Here's the only way a human being will ever be able to stay afloat in an ocean of troubles . . . and the only means of escape.
